Edinburgh: Silvesterr Doig and Andrew Stirling. This is a 3 volume set of the 1817 printing of the 5th edition of Adam Smith's An Inquiry into the Nature and Causes of the Wealth of Nations (a.k.a. The Wealth of Nations). The 5th edition was originally printed in 1811 and includes a short biography of the life of the author. This set has contemporary boards and a contemporary spine and binding. The box is new and was ordered upon our acquisition of the set. The pages are in fine/near fine condition and are mostly clean, though some pages have some spotting.
